Terms of Service

1. Provide Adequate References: Clear and detailed references are required for your commission. Inadequate references may cause delays.2. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable unless I have not started on your commission.3. Price & Payment Structure: Prices may change depending on the level of detail, complexity, or requested turnaround time. A 50%-100% payment is required after the approved sketch (100% upfront if under $20).4. Turnaround Time & Deadlines: Days where the client cannot respond during the sketch approval stage will not count toward the turnaround time. Please factor in my academic schedule as deadlines may be impacted.5. Alterations & Revisions: Major alterations are allowed during the sketch approval stage. Excessive revisions after the artwork is completed will incur additional fees.6. Usage Rights: You may use the artwork for personal purposes. Commercial use requires prior consent. Please credit me as the artist when sharing publicly.7. Cancellation & Refunds: No refunds after sketch approval unless an issue arises beyond my control. Cancellations before starting will receive a full refund.8. Respect & Communication: Please communicate clearly and respectfully. Disrespectful behavior will result in the cancellation of the commission.9. Content Restrictions: I will not accept commissions that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.10. Completion & Abandonment: If a commission is abandoned by the client without communication, I may consider it complete.
